NARRATIVE
Linda is Certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation and is a long-time member of NAELA, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Linda attended Sarah Lawrence College before graduating from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1985, where she was Editor of the Law Review. She has completed her Masters in Taxation at Villanova University.
Linda provides a broad range of legal services to older clients and their families for many areas, including long-term care and asset protection planning, estate planning, wills and powers of attorney, Medicare, Medicaid, nursing home negligence and advocacy and estate administration.
Her professional involvements include membership in the Elder Law Committee of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and membership in the Orphans' Court Rules Committee and Orphans' Court Education Committee of the Delaware County Bar Association. Linda is active in the Lawyer's CPA Forum of Delaware County and the Delaware County Estate Planning Council. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Horizons Unlimited Geriatric Education Association. She has also served as President and Director for the Walden School and as Director for the Helen Kate Furness Library.
Linda is a frequent lecturer to attorneys, accountants and others on topics relating to elder law and estate planning, including such topics as long term care, asset protection and planning for disabled children.
Linda lives in Moylan, Pennsylvania with her husband, Daniel A. Green and their sons, Andrew and William. Dan is a chemical engineer at the DuPont Experimental Station in Wilmington, Delaware. Linda and Dan are truly citizens of the world, having traveled throughout Europe and the United States.
